What is a Virtual Assistant?
Virtual Assistants are home-based personal assistants who perform a wide range of office functions for clients without having to set foot in the client’s office.

What are the advantages of our Virtual Assistants over employees?

Your own employees come with the inconvenience of PAYE, Tax, National Insurance and pension contributions: a lot of extra work for you! With us, all you have to worry about is your invoice. It’s simpler and far more efficient:

  • You only pay for the time we work.
  • We work outside of normal hours if required.
  • There’s no need to train new staff.
  • We have access to a wide range of professionals to expand our offerings as required.
Is there a minimum number of hours I have to use?

The choice is always yours. Whether you want 1 hour or 100, it’s always up to you.

Why should I outsource to a Virtual Assistant?

How do I pay?

We accept payment via bank transfer.

Who is my Virtual Assistant?

Following our discovery call you will be sent profiles for the VAs we consider your perfect match. We will then set up a call or calls with yourself, Amanda and the VA or VA’s of your choice.  It is then up to you who you go with.

What can my VA do?

Where do we start? If you tell us what you need doing, we’ll match you with someone who can do those jobs with their eyes shut. If you decide you want to outsource a more diverse range of work, we’ll make sure that you’ve got the right person for those jobs.

Will I ever meet my VA face to face?

It’s not unheard of, although traditionally your VA is based at home so may be at the other end of the country to you, so it’s possible you may never meet in person.

What happens if I want more hours than I’ve booked?

No problem! We’re flexible to your needs, so if you want more hours with your VA, we’ll facilitate the increase on both sides.

Can I call my VA any time I want to?

You can try, but they may not be your VA for long if you call them at 3am…! Our VAs often work across a broad portfolio of clients, so when you have agreed working times, it’s generally preferable if you’re able to stick to them to avoid disruption. That said, we realise that it’s sometimes unavoidable and your VA will always do their best to accommodate your needs.
